Statement of Principle:
Women’s Resource Center offers a Christian response for alternatives to abortion; therefore it is our desire to be used of God as a tool in spreading the Good News of what He has done through Christ and to be used in eliminating the sin of abortion. Commensurate with this purpose, those who serve as Women’s Resource Center volunteers must have individually received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Women’s Resource Center is committed to providing our clients with accurate and complete information about abortion, prenatal development, and extramarital sex.
Women’s Resource Center will seek to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of women facing a problem or crisis or unwanted pregnancy.
Women’s Resource Center never discriminates in ministering to our clients because of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, marital status, sex, or handicap.
Women’s Resource Center will not advise, provide for or refer for abortion or abortifacients.
Women’s Resource Center will not assess any fees for services rendered to our clients.
Women’s Resource Center does not engage in contraceptives counseling or in referring clients for contraceptives or contraception services. Married women seeking contraceptive advice and/or information shall be urged to seek counsel, together with their husbands, from their pastor and/or physician.
Women’s Resource Center is committed to demonstrating the love, forgiveness, and compassion of Jesus Christ through counsel, education, action and creative services.
Women’s Resource Center is committed to helping fulfill the Great Commission and will endeavor to introduce our clients to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Women’s Resource Center is committed to professional excellence and encourages all staff to perform their duties and responsibilities in a highly professional manner, consistent with obedience to God’s commands.
Women’s Resource Center will strive to foster in all staff, board members, and clients a primary concern for the spiritual well-being of their own families, and recognize that establishing and maintaining a Christian home is the greatest contribution we will make throughout our lifetime.
Women’s Resource Center recognizes the need of presenting adoption as a loving, responsible, and mature choice for women facing an unplanned pregnancy. Single parenting is an equally life-saving alternative; therefore, Women’s Resource Center is not biased toward adoption. Women’s Resource Center neither initiates nor facilitates independent adoptions.
